Our introduction to detailing course "Back 2 Basics" has been running now for over 10 years and has helped over a thousand people to learn the basic yet essential skills needed to enable them to care for their pride and joy!
The course is run by our resident AD addict and detailing enthusiast Clive alongside our in-house professional detailers and trainers. Between them they will take you through all aspects of car care the course is the epitome of hands-on and practical learning! All attendees will get a chance to try out all of the methods and techniques that are being taught.
Our "Back 2 Basics" group training course is top-rated and as such the course regularly sells out within minutes of being announced. Courses take place monthly from February - October and costs just £60 for a full day's training!
Many of our attendees have undergone further 1-2-1 training, and a few have since become professional valeters & detailers. It's the perfect introduction to detailing, whether you are taking part to learn how to care for your vehicle properly or whether you want to build a foundation for future learning - "Back 2 Basics" is here to show you the ropes. We can hardly think of a better way to spend a Saturday!

Here are some common questions we get asked!
What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and many other payment methods.
We also offer instalment payments which you can select at your checkout. We have partnered with Klarna and Clearpay to offer 0% finance on orders over £35.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been fulfilled. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information please contact our team as soon as you spot the mistake and we'll do everything we can to support you.
Do you offer e-gift cards?
We offer Gift cards on our website which once purchased we will e-mail you your discount code to share.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
