For Mainland UK deliveries Autobrite Direct uses DPD and EVRI courier services. Once your order has been processed and collected from our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
All parcels are shipped using a next-day delivery service after dispatch. Please allow the following processing and dispatch times from the date your order is placed:
- Express Shipping: 1–2 working days
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 working days
While we aim for next-day delivery once your parcel has been dispatched, occasional courier delays may occur and are unfortunately outside of our control.

Orders placed by 2pm Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next working day (stock dependent).
Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday’s (excluding bank or public holidays).

Ireland
If you are located in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, please note that we do not currently ship directly from our Mainland UK warehouse.
However, we do have a network of trusted stockists throughout Ireland who will be able to assist you with placing orders and purchasing the product range locally.
Europe
Unfortunately, due to increasing export restrictions and rising international shipping costs, we have made the difficult decision to suspend shipping to European countries for the foreseeable future.
However, products are still widely available across Europe through our trusted stockists and distributors, allowing you to continue purchasing the Autobrite Direct range locally.
GENERAL
Please note: we are not liable for delayed or missed deliveries due to incorrect details being provided at point of order.
If you can't accept delivery of your parcel for any reason, we may charge you the full shipping fee to resend it.
We're not responsible for any parcels that are delivered incorrectly due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
If the courier returns the item to us, we'll add it back to our stock and credit your account for the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us for the return. You'll need to place a new order to have the item reshipped.
