Who are Autobrite Direct?

Following the relaunch of Autobrite Direct, our focus is on protecting what customers love about the brand while improving the overall experience, from product availability and customer service to fulfilment and communication.

Is Autobrite Direct under new ownership?

Yes. Autobrite Direct is now operating under new ownership following the relaunch of the brand.

The new team is committed to rebuilding and strengthening the business with a clear focus on product quality, customer service, stock availability, and long-term brand stability.

What happened with the previous company?

The previous Autobrite Direct business entered liquidation. We understand that this may have caused concern for customers, suppliers, and the wider detailing community.

The relaunched Autobrite Direct is now being operated under new ownership and management. The brand is in responsible hands, with a renewed commitment to transparency, reliability, and delivering the products and service customers expect from Autobrite Direct.

Is Autobrite Direct Limited still trading?

Autobrite Direct Limited is no longer trading, however, the new company operating the Autobrite Direct brand is Technical Brands UK & Ireland Limited - who were previously the official Autobrite Direct reseller in Ireland.

Customers can continue to shop Autobrite Direct products through our website, and we are working hard to ensure the brand moves forward with a strong, stable, and customer-focused approach.

Do Autobrite Direct have a walk-in store?

We currently don't have a walk-in store. You will find available products on our website, or you may have a local stockist with a variety of the products in stock.

Products

Are Autobrite Direct products still available?

Yes. Autobrite Direct products are available to purchase through our website.

As part of the relaunch, we are reviewing and rebuilding the product range to ensure customers have access to the best Autobrite Direct products, including popular favourites and future new releases.

Will the product range stay the same?

Many of the products customers know and love will remain part of the Autobrite Direct range - they are the original formulations that have been sold for over 10 years and with the original high quality and expected consistency.

We are also taking the opportunity to review the full product line-up, improve availability, and develop the range over time. Some products may be updated, replaced, or reintroduced as part of the relaunch.

Are the products still made to the same standard?

Yes. Product quality remains a key priority for Autobrite Direct.

We know customers trust the brand for effective, reliable detailing products, and we are committed to maintaining high standards across the range.

Will you be launching new products?

Yes. As the brand moves forward, we plan to introduce new products, kits, and detailing solutions.

Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service selected, your location, and order volumes - typically dispatch times are same day or the following working day (depending on cut off times).

Once your order has been placed, you will receive order confirmation and delivery updates where available. If your order has been dispatched with a tracked service, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its progress.

How can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

You may also be able to view your order details through your customer account on our website.

Do you ship internationally?

We are only operating internationally through official resellers. Please contact our export team (export@autobritedirect.co.uk) for more information and for how to become a reseller internationally. 

Returns & Support

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please contact us first so our customer service team can advise you on the correct returns process.

Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back using a tracked service. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.

Our team will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
