Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the information below carefully.

Standard Returns

Products purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags/caps/triggers intact
  • Be in re-saleable condition
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or non-re-saleable products unless they are faulty
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
  • We do not offer exchanges

To request a return, please contact us at info@autobritedirect.co.uk before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as expected, please contact our customer service team at info@autobritedirect.co.uk as soon as possible.

When reporting a faulty item, please provide:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • Full order details
  • Photos to help us assess the issue

Faulty Product Policy

  • If you contact us within 30 days of purchase and the item is confirmed faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If you contact us within 6 months of purchase, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

For approved faulty returns, we will refund:

  • The product cost
  • Standard delivery charges
  • Agreed return postage costs

Please note that return postage costs must be agreed with us before returning the goods. Refunds for delivery charges are limited to the least expensive delivery option originally available.

Return Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received, our returns team will inspect the item(s) and confirm whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note, it can take around 5 more days for your refund to be credited to your bank account or credit card once we’ve processed it.
