STEP BY STEP GUIDE
  • We recommend dilution of around 5:1 for exterior surfaces, slightly stronger if heavy soiling is present.
  • Dilute at around 20:1 for interior cleaning, up to 30:1 if not required as strong.
  • Allow AD101 to dwell on exterior surfaces for best cleaning, but DO NOT allow to dry.
  • Can be used neat on heavy grease and oil deposits.
  • Use a brush to agitate on wheels/trim if required.
  • Can be used via a wet vac system for interior cleaning, dilute at 30:1.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can AD101 be used on interior surfaces?

Yes! Dilute from 20:1 up to 30:1. We recommend always spraying onto a towel/cloth, then wipe. Use a brush to agitate if required.

Will AD101 degrade my exterior protection?

If used at the correct dilution (between 5:1 & 10:1) it will not harm ceramic coating or sealants. It may reduce the protection from waxes and not ceramic based sealants.

Does AD101 need to be extracted from fabric?

No. If it used as a spray and wipe on fabrics, extraction is not required However, if it is sprayed directly onto fabric and is saturated, we would recommend it is extracted.

Is AD101 safe to use on wrap?

Yes! Dilute correctly, do not allow to dry and rinse thoroughly.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and many other payment methods.

We also offer instalment payments which you can select at your checkout. We have partnered with Klarna and Clearpay to offer 0% finance on orders over £35.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been fulfilled. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information please contact our team as soon as you spot the mistake and we'll do everything we can to support you.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
